   Press cookies in 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Pour melted margarine over crumbs.

   Refrigerate 1 hour.

   Mix cheese and sugar.

   Blend in 1 Cool Whip.

   Spread over cookie crumbs.

    Prepare pudding according to directions.

    Refrigerate 1 hour. Spread 2nd layer of Cool Whip on top.
