  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

    Coarsely chop 15 cookies; set aside.

    Finely roll remaining 35 cookies; combine crumbs, margarine or butter and sugar.

    Press mixture evenly onto bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.

    Set aside.

    Heat marshmallows and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth; cool completely.

    Fold whipped cream and chopped cookies into marshmallow mixture.

    Spoon into prepared crust.

    Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
