- 1 lb. trimmed beef tenderloin
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. low-fat yogurt
- 6 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Brown meat quickly in 1/4 cup margarine or butter.

2Push meat to one side and add mushrooms and sliced and chopped onions.

3Cook until tender, but

4not brown. Add broth.

5Heat to boiling.

6Blend yogurt with flour and stir into broth. Cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
