  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed

Directions

    Combine butter, cream cheese and sugar; set aside.

    Next, mix together milk, pudding and Cool Whip; blend well, combine with cream cheese mixture.

    In a large, deep pan start with a layer of cookies, then a layer of pudding and end with a layer of cookies on top.
