- 1 13/16 cups dark chocolate
- 5 dessert spoons of strong coffee
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 5 eggs
- 2 3/8 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Break the chocolate in to pieces and together with the butter and coffee melt together in a bain-marie.

2Stir the mixture with a fork

3Separate the yolks from the egg whites

4Beat the whites into snowy peaks and add the sugar

5Add the yolks one by one to the chocolate mixture.

6Carefully spoon in the egg white mixture and mix together using a metal spoon

7Pour the mixture into glass bowls
-
8Put into the fridge for at least 12 hours before serving
