   LAYER 1 Crush 25-30 Oreos.

   Mix with melted butter.

   Press into cake pan.

   LAYER 2 Mix cream cheese & powdered sugar until blended.

   FOLD in 1/2 of whipped topping.

   Smooth onto first layer.

   LAYER 3 Mix milk & pudding mix according to box.

   Smooth onto second layer.

   LAYER 4 Smooth remaining whipped topping on top.

    Crush 10-15 Oreos & sprinkle on top.

    Drizzle chocolate syrup.

    Store in fridge.
