Oreo Pudding Cookies

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 package (3/4 Oz. Size) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Chopped Oreos
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Size) White Chocolate Chips

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    With a mixer, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add in pudding mix, eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in the Oreos and white chocolate chips.

    Drop the cookie dough by rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden around the edges and set. Once done, remove the cookies from the oven and cool them on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
