- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- shrimp, fish, chicken or pork
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients together and pour over uncooked fish or meat.

2Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours.

3Grill, broil, saute, stir-fry or bake as you desire.

5Marinade may be heated and thickened with cornstarch and served as a sauce.
