- 2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
- 1 small chicken, boiled (or 2 or 3 medium breast pieces)
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Allow pie shells to thaw approximately 20 minutes.

2Prick the bottom crust with a fork.

3Pick off chicken in small pieces and place into bottom crust.

4Add the soup and mixed vegetables.

5Make slits in top crust and then place onto the pie, molding edges of top and bottom crusts together.

6Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
