  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. peeled, minced ginger root
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
  • 4 (4 oz.) red snapper fillets
