  • 1 lb. orzo macaroni
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained and save the juice
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 medium jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Cook orzo macaroni as directed and rinse.

    Cook eggs, sugar, salt and flour with pineapple juice until slightly thickened.

    Add the macaroni and refrigerate overnight.

    The next day, fold in fruit and Cool Whip.
