  • 2 each french marrow
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 each onion
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup organic beef stock
  • 14 oz stewed tomatoes

Directions

    Dredge the bones in flour or corn starch.

    Heat pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, brown bones until golden, then place in crock pot.

    Add diced carrots and chopped onions to pan, saute over medium heat for 10 minutes, then place in crock pot.

    Add wine, tomatoes and stock, season with salt and pepper.

    Cook on low for 5 hours.
