- 2 large carrots
- 2 each onion
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup organic beef stock
- 14 oz stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Dredge the bones in flour or corn starch.

2Heat pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, brown bones until golden, then place in crock pot.

3Add diced carrots and chopped onions to pan, saute over medium heat for 10 minutes, then place in crock pot.

4Add wine, tomatoes and stock, season with salt and pepper.

5Cook on low for 5 hours.
