- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle spices and Worcestershire over steaks.

2After high temperature has been reached on indoor or outdoor grill, place steaks on rack long enough to sear rack marks on the steaks.

3Turn steaks a quarter-turn to create diamond shapes.

4Continue cooking on each side until the juices run clear or internal temperature reaches 150 degrees (medium done).
