- 5 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. hot salsa
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

2Cook, covered, in a 275° oven for 12 hours.

3Remove from oven and shred with fork. Serve on hot onion rolls.

4Makes 25 sandwiches.
