  • 2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
  • 4 or 5 carrots, diced
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 3 onions, quartered
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water

    Place unbrowned meat and vegetables in casserole.
