- 3 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
- 4 or 5 carrots, diced
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 3 onions, quartered
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
Directions

1Place unbrowned meat and vegetables in casserole.

2Pour tomato soup and water over meat and vegetables.

3Cover and bake at 275° for 6 hours.
