- 3 lbs lean stewing beef, in 1 inch chunks
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 0.5 (2 1/2 ounce) packagedry leek soup mix
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 5 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut in eights
- 8 carrots, peeled and halved crosswise
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a 5 quart Dutch oven, combine beef, undiluted soup, soup mix, wine, and onion.

3Mix well.

4Top with potato pieces and carrots, mixing in slightly.

5Cover and bake for 2 hours.

6Stir in broccoli, cover and bake 15 minutes.

7Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
