  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/4 c. white Karo
  • 12 c. popped corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Bring brown sugar, oleo, syrup and salt to a boil; boil for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla and soda; mix well with popped corn.

    Spread in two shallow buttered cake pans.

    Bake in a 250° oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
