Ingredients
- 7 to 8 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. unsalted peanuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Put first 2 ingredients in large bowl.

2Bring next 7 ingredients to a boil in small saucepan.

3Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Remove from heat.

5Add baking soda.

6Stir quickly. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture.

7Stir until popcorn is coated. Place popcorn onto large flat pans.

8Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring several times.

9Mixture will be sticky.

10Stir occasionally while mixture cools.

11Break up popcorn if stuck together.

12Store in large airtight containers.
