- 1 chicken, reserve broth
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken, cream of mushroom or chicken vegetable soup
Directions

1Boil chicken and take off of bone.

2Reserve broth for later use.

3Put chicken on bottom of baking dish.

4Add 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups of chicken broth to 1 can of soup.

5Pour over chicken. Combine flour, baking powder, milk and melted butter together. Pour over chicken and soup.

6Bake in 425° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Crust will rise to top.
