- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned or assorted chicken pieces
- flour
- paprika
- lemon-pepper
- garlic salt
Directions

1Melt butter in shallow baking dish.

2Dip chicken pieces in flour.

3Place skin-side down in butter. Sprinkle with paprika, lemon-pepper and garlic salt.

4Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 30 minutes.

5Turn chicken pieces.

6Sprinkle again with seasonings. Bake 20 additional minutes.
