Oven Fried Chicken

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips or cornflakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Dip chicken pieces in butter then roll in mixture of potato chips, garlic salt and pepper.

    Place pieces skin side up, not touching, in shallow baking pan.

    Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.

    Bake at 375° for about 1 hour.

    Do not turn.
