- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. crushed potato chips or cornflakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Dip chicken pieces in butter then roll in mixture of potato chips, garlic salt and pepper.

2Place pieces skin side up, not touching, in shallow baking pan.

3Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.

4Bake at 375° for about 1 hour.

5Do not turn.
