- 2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut chicken into pieces.

2Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

3Coat chicken with flour mixture.

4Heat 1/4 c. margarine/butter and 1/4 c. shortening in oblong pan, 13 X 9, in 425° oven until melted. Place coated chicken in pan.

5Cook uncovered 30 minutes.

6Turn chicken; cook uncovered about 30 minutes longer.
