  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix cornflakes with rosemary, salt and pepper.

    Dip chicken in milk and roll in seasoned crumbs.

    Let stand briefly so coating will adhere.
