- 1 cut-up frying chicken (3 lb. or so)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan while oven is preheating to 425°.

2Remove and set aside.

3In plastic bag, mix well the remaining ingredients except chicken.

4Add chicken, 2 pieces at a time, and shake until well coated.

5Place chicken in pan skin side down.

6Bake 35 minutes.

7Turn and bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is fork-tender.
