- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 1 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
Directions

1Divide fish into four servings.

2Place fish in single layer in sprayed baking dish with thin ends turned under.

3Brush fish with soy sauce.

4In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, oleo and orange peel; sprinkle over fish.

5Bake at 450° for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness.
