- 2 lb. catfish or snapper fillets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dip fillets into eggs.

2Lightly coat with bread crumbs. Arrange fish in a single layer on a well-greased shallow baking pan.

3Combine batter and lemon juice; drizzle over fish.

4Bake at 450° for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

5Yields 6 to 8 servings.
