Oven "fried" Fish

  • 2 lbs fresh haddock fillets
  • 34 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 14 cup melted butter or 14 cup margarine

Directions

    Cut fillets into serving-size pieces.

    Dip each in milk , then in mixture of the breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme.

    Place in a single a single layer in an oiled baking dish.

    Drizzle melted butter over fish.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
