- 2 lbs fresh haddock fillets
- 34 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 cup melted butter or 14 cup margarine
Directions

1Cut fillets into serving-size pieces.

2Dip each in milk , then in mixture of the breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme.

3Place in a single a single layer in an oiled baking dish.

4Drizzle melted butter over fish.

5Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
