Oven-Fried Pickles with Homemade Dill Buttermilk Ranch

- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Baby Dill
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 18 teaspoons Ground White Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- 1 jar (24 Oz. Size) Dill Pickle Spears
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Stone Ground Corn Meal
- 1/4 cups Plain Regular Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper, More Or Less To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
Directions

1In the bowl of your food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients for the buttermilk ranch dressing.

2Blend until smooth and creamy.

3Pour into a small bowl and cover.

4Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.

5Preheat your oven to 450 F and spray a large rimmed baking sheet with a non-stick spray.

6Set aside.

7Drain the jarred pickles and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.

8Pat completely dry.

9Set aside.

10In one shallow bowl, add the flour.

11In another shallow bowl, add the eggs and whisk to combine.

12In a third shallow bowl, combine the panko, cornmeal, regular breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper and black pepper.

13Toss the ingredients until evenly distributed.

14You shouldnt need any more salt, as the pickles are already extremely salty.

15If you need more salt, then feel free to salt away.

16Starting with one pickle, dredge in flour, then coat in the whisked eggs, and then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture.

17Toss the pickle to make sure it is evenly coated, pressing to adhere where it is needed.

18Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat this step for the rest of the pickles.

19Spray the pickles with a non-stick canola oil spray.

20Place the pickles in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, rotating them halfway through and spraying again with a non-stick canola oil spray.

21Make sure they are crispy before pulling them from the oven.

22This may take more or less time, so keep a close eye.

23Serve immediately out of the oven with homemade dill buttermilk ranch.
