  • 8 large unpeeled potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

    Cut potatoes into 8 wedges.

    Arrange potatoes with skin sides down in 2 shallow baking pans.

    Mix ingredients and brush over potatoes.
