  • 2 cups Raw Long Grain Rice (we Use Uncle Ben's)
  • 4 cups Boiling Water
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Cut Into Pats

Directions

    Place dry, raw rice into a 9x13 glass baking dish.

    Top with scattered pats of butter.

    Pour boiling water over to cover rice.
  4. 4
    Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F.

    (You can easily doctor this one up too, using broth, etc. and dried mushrooms. Go wild!)
