- 2 lb. sirloin steaks, sliced thin
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced or whole
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1On medium heat, brown butter in skillet.

2Add steak and onions, stirring to cook evenly.

3Add mushrooms; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Slowly add cream and stir. Cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.

6Serve over rice or noodles.
