  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise; scoop out seeds. Brush cut surface of squash with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Place squash cut side down on foil covered sheet pan. Bake in oven for 1 hour or until hard outer shell gives under pressure when squeezed. Cool slightly and use a fork to separate squash into spaghetti-like strands.
