- 2 lb. stew meat
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cubed celery
- 6 to 10 sliced carrots
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 3/4 c. beef bouillon
Directions

1Put stew meat, potatoes, onion, celery and carrots in a large pan with lid or Dutch oven.

2Mix salt, sugar, tapioca, tomato juice and beef bouillon.

3Pour this mixture over stew and bake covered for 4 hours at 250°.
