  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 or 3 stalks celery
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. hot water
  • potatoes (optional)
  • 4 or 5 carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomato juice or V-8 juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions
