- 1 (12 oz.) can grated cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) tub sour cream
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
- 1/4 c. olives
- splash of milk
Directions

1Bake potatoes until well done; slice off top.

2Scoop out.

3Add to all the ingredients, mixed.

4Beat with mixer until mashed potato texture.

5Scoop back into empty potato shell (overstuffed). Sprinkle with paprika.

6Reheat 20 to 40 minutes at 375° (20 if done immediately, 40 if refrigerated).
