- 1 lb. low-fat ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. water or beef broth
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
- 3/4 lb. medium sharp cheese, grated
- 1 small can mild green chili peppers
- 1 (10 oz.) bag corn chips, crushed
- shredded lettuce (optional)
- diced tomatoes (optional)
- sliced ripe olives (optional)

- sour cream (optional)

Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion; drain well.

2Add taco seasoning, water and refried beans.

3Press crescent rolls into 7 1/2 x 11 3/4-inch greased casserole dish, forming a crust.

4Layer crushed corn chips over crust.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
