  • 4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring

Directions

    The night before, mix together oatmeal, brown sugar and oil. Next morning, mix in beaten eggs, salt and almond flavoring.

    Drop from teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
