  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 Over ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc. )
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Honey

Directions

    In a small jar, combine banana, berries, and almond milk.

    Add remaining ingredients to jar and refrigerate overnight.
