  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (try egg protein powder or whey)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup milk or 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large Mason jar and let sit in the fridge overnight.

    Serve cold the next day or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds. Top with more cinnamon, to taste.
