- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 tablespoon protein powder (try egg protein powder or whey)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large Mason jar and let sit in the fridge overnight.

2Serve cold the next day or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds. Top with more cinnamon, to taste.
