Ingredients

  • yolks of 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pt. cream
  • 1 large can pineapple, cut in small pieces
  • 30 marshmallows, cut in fourths
  • 2 c. white grapes or 1 can white cherries, drained
  • 1/2 c. nut meats

Directions

    Cook first 4 ingredients until thick, stirring constantly. Whip 1 pint of cream stiff.

    Stir in the mixture with cream until smooth, then add remaining ingredients.

    Mix and let stand overnight before serving.
