Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 c. mayo or light Miracle Whip
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 lb. chopped fried bacon
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can water chestnuts (optional)

Directions

    In a bowl spread mayo over lettuce.

    Add cauliflower, peas, water chestnuts and onion.

    Spread in layers bacon, white sugar and Parmesan cheese.

    Seal and refrigerate overnight.

    You can use broccoli instead of peas.

    You can also use green onions instead of red onions.
