- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 10 slices cooked crumbled bacon
Directions

1Place lettuce in serving bowl.

2Top with onion, then celery and then green pepper.

3Cover vegetable layers with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar, cheese and then bacon.

4Cover tightly and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
