  • 2 containers ox roast and juice
  • 1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 8 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 box egg pastina
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients together.

    Let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Bring to a light boil. Add pastina, stirring often.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
