- 4 cans oysters or 2 pt. fresh
- 2 c. Ritz crackers, broken
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick pure butter
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Butter casserole.

2Crumble crackers on the bottom.

3Add a layer of oysters.

4Cut celery very fine and sprinkle over. Sprinkle parsley flakes; dot with butter.

5Add a little oyster liquid if fresh oysters are used.

6Don't add oyster liquid if canned oysters are used.

7Pour over casserole.

8Take fork and pat down until milk oozes on top.

9Cook for 20 minutes at 325°.
