- 1 can oysters
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 strips bacon, fried
- dash of paprika
- dash of hot sauce
- 2 to 3 potatoes, chopped
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cut up potatoes into chunks.

2Leave skin on potatoes.

3Boil until almost soft.

4Fry bacon and crumble into potatoes.

5Don't drain all of the water from potatoes.

6Add 1 can evaporated milk. 1 can oysters, salt, pepper, hot sauce and paprika along with onions.

7Simmer until onions are soft.
