- unbaked pie shell
- 1 block butter
- 2 pt. oysters, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. parsley
- 1/3 c. chopped celery leaves and stems
- 1/2 c. green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Simmer garlic in melted butter about 5 minutes before adding flour and browning.

2Add seasoning and oysters.

3Let oysters cook in roux about 5 minutes.

4Remove from fire.

5Season well.

6Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook about 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
