- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 can pie filling (any kind)
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Add eggs and mix well, then add flour and vanilla; mix until well blended.

3Spread on greased cookie sheet.

4Take a spoonful of pie filling and make little pools in cake until all the pie filling is used.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

6Sprinkle with powdered sugar when still warm.
