  • 8 boned, skinned breast halves
  • 8 small pieces cooked ham (boiled ham may be used)
  • 1/2 c. salad/sandwich sauce (Durkee)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Stir sauce and soup together, mixing well.

    Place pieces of ham on chicken breast and roll up, holding in place with a toothpick.

    Place in a shallow baking dish.

    Pour soup mixture over chicken.

    Cover with foil and bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours.

    Serve with rice.

    (The sauce makes wonderful gravy.)
