  • 12 cup chopped cabbage
  • 4 oysters, out of shell
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 34 cup flour
  • 12 cup milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, then turn onto the greased grill in one heap.

    Flatten it a little.

    Fry like an omelet or a pancake, turning several times to brown well on both sides.

    Serve with sprinkled with Japanese dark red pepper, soy and worchestershire sauces.

    Cut in half to serve.
