- 1/4 c. white wine or Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1 lb. button mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
Directions

1Cut sausage in 3-inch pieces.

2Brown (without grease) in covered skillet.

3Pour off any excess grease.

4Add wine or dressing, water, rosemary leaves and mushrooms.

5Cook for 20 minutes.

6Add peppers and cook for 10 minutes more.
